Bummer.

Bummer.
You know those kind of days, where everything just sucks?
Yeah. That's today.
It started off good.
Wait. That's a lie.
I forgot about this morning's physics test.
Which still would have been okay, had I actually read/understood some of the unit. But I didn't, and the test may as well have been written in Swahili.
I managed to scrape up an 80. How, I'll never know.
It gets worse.
I applied for this really great summer internship at the University. Medical research, six weeks, $1500 paycheque at the end.
I was so sure that I had gotten in. Only a handful of people applied.
But, I didn't make it. I guess my grades weren't good enough. It called for an 85% average, and mine is 84.89%. You wouldn't think that would make a difference, but I guess it must.
I'm trying to look at things from the bright side. This means that I can go see Patrick's family, and I can work to save more for University and the Eurotrip.
But as exciting as all of that sounds, it's really not much consolation.
